描述问题 Describe the problem

在代码片段的设置界面中的textarea在拖拽改变大小的时候，容易左右不对齐，同时也因为自带的语法检查，文本框里满地飘红，影响用户体验。

期待的结果 Expected result

这个问题的解决比较简单（我就直接提PR啦），通过设置

style="resize: vertical" spellcheck="false"

就可以这个文本框只能竖向拓展，同时禁用语法检查，算是用户体验方面的一个小优化叭
