如果要将整个列表块制卡，只能通过悬浮块标方式。

此时，按下快捷键快速制卡（而不是点击图标），会将光标处和悬浮块同时制卡。

期待的结果 Expected result

当用户明确通过悬浮块标选择时，不应该检测光标处。

特别是浏览长文档时，可能会无意间将光标停在别处，此时快捷键制卡会生成 2 张卡片且不易察觉，十分困扰。
