When I am writing or reading a text, I use headlines, like h1, h2, h3. For a larger text, it can be very useful to set background color of some of them to make them stand out. If I "color" just a part of the text, it will appear in the outline! However, not if I color the whole block (see the image).

The whole item in the outline should have the same color as is the background color of the respective headline.
