Description

In what scenarios do you need this feature?

When I am writing or reading a text, I use headlines, like h1, h2, h3. For a larger text, it can be very useful to set background color of some of them to make them stand out. If I "color" just a part of the text, it will appear in the outline! However, not if I color the whole block (see the image).

Describe the optimal solution

The whole item in the outline should have the same color as is the background color of the respective headline.
