使关闭了的笔记本中的闪卡不出现在闪卡复习中

In what scenarios do you need this feature?

用户为了测试一些功能的时候可能会单独设置一个笔记本，或者有一些暂时不用但不想删除的笔记本。这些笔记本可能会被用户关闭，而如果其中有闪卡，在打开闪卡复习的时候这些闪卡依旧会出现在复习中。而实际上这些闪卡是不想复习的。

Describe the optimal solution

关闭了的笔记本中的闪卡不应该出现在闪卡复习中。只有将笔记本开启的时候，该笔记本中的闪卡才会进入闪卡复习队列。
