Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing issues

Can the issue be reproduced with the default theme (daylight/midnight)?

  • I was able to reproduce the issue with the default theme

Could the issue be due to extensions?

  • I've ruled out the possibility that the extension is causing the problem.

Describe the problem

The display effect is particularly inconspicuous after using the left button to select text, resulting in the inability to see that it has been selected.

Expected result

The selected word is given a heavier blue, or further the text color is changed to white

Looks good on the default theme.

This is the effect selected under my default theme, and it is so weak that it is almost invisible
