In what scenarios do you need this feature?

The inline formula is a frequently used function. But for those complicated ones, esp. with many ""s, the inline formula is hard to type in.

Case 1: Type in all texts and convert them into inline formulas. In this case, the formula is ill-converted, because ""s are mal-interpreted as escape characters and disappear soon after typing other characters.

Case 2: Create an inline formula with double "$" at first, then type. In this case, once one character is typed between "$"s, the cursor is set at the start of the paragraph automatically, and the math input mode is canceled .

Describe the optimal solution

When a character is typed between two "$", the inline latex mode is activated and maitained as well.
