Reproduce steps

BUG reproduction: On the 04-27 reference, click in, press Ctrl+W to close the 04-27 tab (the mouse does not move position, the cousin 04-27 character position will still stay on the page), and a floating window will appear.

Summary: Close the floating window that hovers, on any reference, trigger Ctrl+Other shortcuts, and the floating window will appear.
