允许块直接拖入/拖出书签面板

In what scenarios do you need this feature?

书签作为类似于 Ob, logseq 当中收藏功能的替代品，感觉体验上还是差了一点，首先建议在交互方式上优化一下

  • 当块拖入到书签 dock 栏目中时，直接加入对应分节的书签，如果书签栏目里没有书签，就新建一个 Default 书签然后将块加入其中
  • 当项目从书签面板中拖动到编辑器中时，在编辑器中插件块的引用https://github.com/siyuan-note/siyuan/issues

顺便建议文档标题上方快速”添加标签“的按钮旁增加一个”添加书签“的按钮，方便一些。

@littlecoby 我们暂时还是尽量保持文档块和其他块的一致性，都通过属性面板添加。

拖拉的交互还是可以考虑一下的吧。
就算第一点拖入块添加书签做起来麻烦一点，第二点的拖出书签插入引用功能做起来应该还是相对简单的。😉
