增加同文档下块移动到页面下或页面上的边界

In what scenarios do you need this feature?

更为便捷的移动，目前移动起来非常难受，上边界线不可见，下边界线可见，但是区域过小，只有一条线，需紧贴，很难移动，急需改进，谢谢。见下面视频可见缺陷。
