改进菜单、修复西班牙语无法打开用户指南
「帮助」一词太模糊了，导致用户不知道在哪里打开用户指南
将点击后会打开用户指南的「帮助」都改为「思源笔记用户指南」，而用户指南只有中文（简体和繁体）和英文，所以法语和西班牙语不翻译，和英语统一用「SiYuan User Guide」
顺便修复了西班牙语无法打开用户指南的问题
移动端还有两处，就不截图了
