用 css 解决了

解决了，之前用的是 input 方法，但是上传图片不会触发 input，修改 blur 方法可以了

我发现我仅仅上传一张图片，Local Storage 中值为空，传给后端的值也为空，导致最终图片未显示，但是我只要在图片后面加几个字，就正常了。
