SQL 筛选器的问题

如下图，b0.box not in ('20220313113605-q4iepmz','20220223160839-wmf09ok')是用来筛选“链接“ Notes|SiYuan”的标题”的，但是图中可知，这一串代码并未成功运行。并且根据位置不同，它会错误的漏掉不同的结果。
